PROMOTIONS T&Cs :

•  The "Enjoy 20% off your 2nd Bodyboard" promotion applies only to Bodyboards and is available for a limited period only. Boards must be added to the same shopping cart and discount will automatically be applied to the lower-priced item.
• (As of July 1, 2023) The "Save up to 20% on Bags & Fins upon purchase of any Bodyboard" promotion applies to all Bodyboards except the Mini Boogie 21". Discounts will only apply if Bag and/or Fins are selected on the respective Bodyboard pages. Discounted total is not shown on shopping cart and is only reflected at checkout.
• Newsletter 10% discount: This is only applicable for your first purchase only.

1. Eligibility
   Promotions are open to all customers unless otherwise specified. Certain promotions may be limited to specific products, categories, or customer segments.

2. Promotion Period
   Each promotion will have a defined start and end date, which will be clearly stated in the promotional materials. Promotions are only valid during this period.

3. Discounts and Offers
   Discounts are applicable only to eligible items as specified in the promotion. Offers cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or vouchers unless explicitly stated.

4. Redemption
   To redeem a promotion, customers must enter the applicable promo code at checkout or follow the instructions provided in the promotional material.

5. Limitations
   Promotions may be limited to one use per customer and cannot be applied to previous purchases. Additional restrictions may apply as specified in the promotional details.

6. Returns and Refunds
   If a product purchased with a promotional discount is returned, the refund will reflect the discounted price. Promotional discounts will not be reapplied to future purchases.

7. Modification and Termination
   We reserve the right to modify or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will be communicated through our website or other marketing channels.

8. Fraudulent Activity
   Any attempt to engage in fraudulent activity, including but not limited to using multiple accounts to redeem promotions, will result in disqualification from the promotion and potential account suspension.

9.  Free Delivery Threshold
   The order total must meet the free delivery threshold after all discounts and promotions are applied in order to qualify for free shipping.
   
   

10. Governing Law
    These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of California. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in California
